1

Agreement and Account Relationship

These Terms and Conditions govern access to AutoSocial, the services provided through the platform, and related subscriptions, add-ons, public pages, integrations, and managed workflows.

  • AutoSocial is provided by InfoTech Launch for businesses, agencies, real-estate professionals, and authorized teams that use the platform for marketing, publishing, analytics, lead generation, and operational workflows.
  • The person creating or administering an account represents that they have authority to accept these terms for the organization, workspace, client, or business they manage.
  • Additional order forms, invoices, subscription screens, written service orders, platform policies, or integration-specific requirements may apply to selected services.
  • If any service order conflicts with these Terms, the service order controls only for the specific commercial terms it expressly changes.
2

Platform Services

AutoSocial provides a connected workspace for real-estate-aware content generation, campaign planning, publishing, market intelligence, analytics, and customer interaction workflows.

  • Services may include social media scheduling and publishing, AI-assisted captions, image generation, image editing, video and motion assets, content calendars, approvals, workspace collaboration, usage controls, and billing management.
  • Supported channels may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business, and other publishing or communication platforms made available from time to time.
  • Real-estate features may include listing intelligence, property import or lookup, ZIP-based market pages, claimed market sponsorships, public listing pages, lead forms, campaign creative, buyer-signal timelines, and property-centered analytics.
  • Hyperlocal and market intelligence features may use location context, weather, events, public information, market signals, neighborhood context, and user-provided business details to assist planning and content creation.
  • AutoStaging and creative features may support property-photo uploads, staged-room variations, buyer-intelligence reporting, export workflows, and media suitable for review, publishing, or campaign use.
3

Social Platform Integrations

Connected social accounts and third-party integrations are controlled by the user and remain subject to the rules, permissions, review processes, and technical limits of each third-party platform.

  • Users must only connect accounts, pages, profiles, ad accounts, business assets, or channels they are authorized to manage.
  • AutoSocial may request permissions needed to create, schedule, publish, read status, collect comments, retrieve analytics, manage media, or support workflows selected by the user.
  • Publishing availability, post formats, API access, review requirements, token duration, rate limits, account restrictions, and data returned by each platform may change without notice.
  • Users remain responsible for complying with platform terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, housing or special category rules, disclosure obligations, and applicable laws.
  • Revoking a third-party authorization may disable related publishing, analytics, comment collection, smart replies, lead routing, or campaign features until the account is reconnected.
4

Content, Review, and Publishing

AutoSocial is built around human review for important decisions. AI-assisted outputs, suggested replies, campaign assets, property descriptions, and scheduled posts should be reviewed before use.

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, disclosures, claims, pricing, availability, fair-housing compliance, intellectual-property rights, and brand suitability of content they approve or publish.
  • AI-generated or AI-edited content may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular channel, market, property, audience, or regulatory context.
  • The platform may assist with drafts, variations, summaries, media, recommendations, and automations, but approval and business judgment remain with the user.
  • Scheduled posts may fail, publish late, publish differently, or require manual action because of platform outages, permissions, account limits, content-review systems, API errors, or user-side configuration.
  • AutoSocial may remove, restrict, or decline to process content that appears unlawful, harmful, misleading, infringing, abusive, unauthorized, or inconsistent with platform or service requirements.
5

Real-Estate and Housing Workflows

Real-estate features are designed to support marketing and operational visibility, not to replace professional, legal, brokerage, MLS, advertising, or compliance review.

  • Users are responsible for verifying listing status, pricing, property facts, MLS permissions, agent or broker attribution, office details, image rights, listing URLs, lead form language, advertising audience settings, and required disclosures.
  • Public ZIP pages, claimed market pages, listing cards, ad previews, property pages, and lead flows may display user-provided, public, licensed, or integration-sourced information that should be checked before publication.
  • Lead campaigns, housing-related advertising, and buyer or seller communications must comply with fair housing laws, platform housing category rules, consent requirements, local brokerage rules, and applicable advertising standards.
  • Analytics, buyer intent signals, campaign snapshots, source health indicators, and performance summaries are informational and do not guarantee appointments, closed transactions, revenue, placement, reach, ranking, or qualified leads.
6

Data, AI, and Automation

AutoSocial uses user inputs, workspace settings, connected-account data, property context, and approved integrations to provide automation, recommendations, creative assistance, analytics, and reporting.

  • Users should not submit confidential, regulated, or third-party data unless they have the right to use it in the platform and it is necessary for the selected workflow.
  • Business details, brand voice, logos, media, prompts, property data, comments, leads, campaign configuration, and usage activity may be processed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
  • Aggregated or de-identified information may be used to analyze service health, improve product performance, detect abuse, forecast capacity, refine features, and prepare business reporting.
  • Automation settings should be configured carefully. Users are responsible for monitoring active schedules, connected channels, approvals, permissions, and generated outputs.
7

Subscriptions, Billing, and Usage

Fees, limits, usage, subscription periods, add-ons, managed services, ZIP claims, ad budgets, credits, and billing terms are presented in the applicable checkout, invoice, subscription screen, or service order.

  • Payments are due as stated at checkout, on the invoice, or in the applicable service order. Subscription access may renew until canceled according to the selected plan.
  • Usage-based features, AI media generation, managed services, market claims, ad spend, premium rendering, overages, or add-ons may carry separate charges or limits.
  • Taxes, payment processing charges, currency conversion, chargeback costs, late fees, or platform pass-through costs may apply where permitted.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension, downgrade, loss of premium features, cancellation of claims or add-ons, removal from public experiences, or termination of service.
  • Unless a written agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable after access, generation, advertising setup, reserved market placement, or managed work has begun.
8

User Obligations

Users must operate AutoSocial lawfully, maintain accurate account information, and protect credentials, workspaces, connected channels, and customer data.

  • Users may not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive practices, spam, unauthorized scraping, credential sharing, malicious code, infringement, harassment, discriminatory housing practices, or platform policy evasion.
  • Users must maintain accurate business, billing, tax, contact, property, and account information and promptly update material changes.
  • Users are responsible for all activity under their workspace, including actions by employees, contractors, invited users, clients, connected accounts, and automation settings.
  • Users must preserve all legally required consents, licenses, approvals, records, disclosures, unsubscribe mechanisms, and privacy notices for their business operations.
9

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing materials. Platform software, systems, templates, workflows, models, designs, and service methods remain owned by InfoTech Launch or its licensors.

  • Users retain rights they hold in business content, listings, media, prompts, brand assets, and materials submitted to the platform.
  • Users grant AutoSocial the rights needed to host, process, transform, display, publish, transmit, and support submitted content and connected workflows.
  • Generated outputs may be used by the user subject to these Terms, third-party platform rules, applicable law, and any restrictions presented in the product or service order.
  • No source code, platform ownership, model ownership, system design, non-public workflow, or proprietary method is transferred unless expressly agreed in a signed written agreement.
10

Availability, Changes, and Support

AutoSocial is an evolving platform. Features, supported channels, workflows, models, limits, and integrations may be changed to improve the service, comply with third-party requirements, or maintain security.

  • The service may be interrupted by maintenance, outages, third-party platform failures, model or provider issues, cloud infrastructure events, network problems, security incidents, or force majeure events.
  • InfoTech Launch may update, suspend, replace, limit, or discontinue features where needed for operational, legal, commercial, or technical reasons.
  • Support is provided through available service channels and may vary by plan, managed service scope, workspace status, and severity of the issue.
11

Privacy and Security

AutoSocial applies administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect service data and connected workflows.

  • Use of personal information is described in the AutoSocial Privacy Policy.
  • No system can guarantee absolute security. Users should maintain secure passwords, limit workspace access, review connected integrations, and promptly report suspected misuse.
  • Users are responsible for providing privacy notices and obtaining consents required for their own customers, leads, website visitors, prospects, tenants, buyers, sellers, and marketing contacts.
12

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided to support marketing and operations, but business outcomes and third-party platform behavior cannot be guaranteed.

  • AutoSocial does not guarantee reach, engagement, impressions, search ranking, social ranking, lead volume, ad approval, conversion, revenue, closed transactions, uninterrupted access, or error-free output.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfoTech Launch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, reputational, platform-enforcement, or business-interruption damages.
  • Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold InfoTech Launch harmless from claims arising from their content, listings, customer data, connected accounts, platform misuse, legal non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.
13

Suspension and Termination

Either party may end the relationship as permitted by the applicable subscription, service order, or law. Certain obligations continue after termination.

  • InfoTech Launch may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, platform abuse, unauthorized activity, or material breach.
  • Users may cancel subscriptions through available account, billing, or support processes, subject to the plan, service order, billing period, and committed services.
  • After termination, scheduled posts, public pages, integrations, lead flows, analytics access, ZIP claims, managed services, and automation may stop or be removed.
  • Payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute provisions, and provisions intended to survive will continue after termination.
14

General Provisions

These Terms are intended to be interpreted consistently with applicable law and ordinary commercial practice.

  • The parties are independent contractors. No agency, partnership, fiduciary, franchise, employment, or joint venture relationship is created by these Terms.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Union County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  • If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • InfoTech Launch may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Material changes apply prospectively unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Acceptance

By creating an account, connecting a channel, subscribing, paying an invoice, approving a service order, using AutoSocial, or allowing a team member to use the workspace, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
